Apparently I'm not working the anterior delt enough right? Any tips on a shoulder routine thats pretty effective?

I have some problems with my shoulders but only chest exercises seem to effect them (incline bb bench).

    Thanks.

Try power cleans. Nothing shocks the delts like some heavy cleans. I felt like these helped get my shoulders where I wanted em.

They put the worst and most amount of strain possible on your shoulders. This is alright if your not prone to shoulder injuries or have had shoulder injuries in the past.... but just be careful.

If you want your shoulders to look "round" from the front, you need to work the laterals more. Upright rows apparently don't hit laterals perfectly, you'd be better with shoulder press, military press, bradford press etc and also some rear delt work because everyone needs more rear delt work :eek3:
