how to get rid of water fat/weight?

    I've been getting more and more water weight in my stomach and face. I know i can exercise my stomach, but what can I do for the face and neck?

    all over fat loss. more cardio and STAY fucking hydrated. if you are retaining it means a few things: too much sodium in your diet, not enough water intake so your body is hanging on to every ounce

    Nope but the information still applies. It brought up similar points as some people on here did and a few more so I figured Id post it (It was one of the first links that google came up with)

    The more water you drink the less "water weight" you feel.
    It's counter-intuitive, i know.
    2 gallons a day or so depending on your size. The more you sweat during your workouts that more you'll need to drink.
    Remember that you'll need a lot of nutrients to remain healthy.
    Multi-vitamins and a healthy diet are a must.
    The average Human is in a constant state of semi-dehydration.
    break the cycle.
