how to get perfect thighs?

    how do i tone my thighs!what work out routine would help?i basically dont have problem with my upperbody but i dont no how to lose fat....tone my lower body.
    trough out the day m preety active so never had to worry about putting on weight or for that matter keepin myself fit but now m worried.....HOW DI I GET SLIMER AND STRONG THIGHS AND ASS.

    :ugh2: i'm serious, mine are huge (compared to before) and all I do is run uphill everyday (stairs)

    200% bigger from nothing is still small, but huge for me

    No, you won't put on weight on your ass.

    It's a lot harder than people think. It's not like you're gonna do 2 weeks worth of squats and their legs are going to turn into this:

    It's not gonna happen. EVER! (well, unless you jump on the steriod bandwagon and dedicate your lift to lifting, but even then it would take YEARS to achieve this....)

    So yes. You need to start doing weight training for your legs.

    However, the workout we recommend is going to rely on your body type and current condition.

    So pics are necessary.
