how to get bigger... muscular fitness

    i weight 145 and im 5'11. it doesnt matter what i eat or how lazy i get iv been a scrawny kid for about 3 years. tried working out but i just get cut.

    i think its cuz i have a really fast matabolism. whats the best diet and workout for me to get bigger and stronger?

    and my six pack is all uneven, how can i even them out?

    sigh, first, read the fuckin stickies.

    ok, now that that's covered...
    Eat more calories, EVERY DAY. High calorie foods, high in protein, like peanut butter. just keep eating, you only think you're eating alot but your portions are probably too small.

    When you work out you're muscles will grow. You're full of shit saying you just get cut working out, the reason is you're not eating enough and exercise is probably putting you into an even bigger calorie defecit.

    and lastly, your abs are genetic. if they are busted and uneven there is nothing you can do about it besides slap your mother.

    Keep in mind time is the biggest key, if you're not growing, then shut the fuck up and eat more. This isnt going to happen fast, expect it to take months to see results and years to get where you want to be. It's going to be slow but in the end you will get bigger.

    also, squat/dl/bench/BOR are the exercises you need to do....

    I'm going to go against the grain and say don't eat everything in sight. I did that, and I def got much bigger and stronger, but I also got significantly fatter. If this doesn't bother you, by all means, go on the triple bacon cheeseburger diet like i did. It sounds like you don't give a shit about being strong and just want to polish the guns for the ladies. In that case, keep an actual log and find out how much you have to eat to gain around .5-1lb per week, and eat at that rate. You probably just eat like a pussy now, and by not reading the stickies, I am obligated to tell you to drink bleach and stab yourself.

    :hsugh: you are going to get fatter no matther what when building muscle (typically). That's why we have bulks and cut modes.

    Ya but for some of us bulk modes are called fat modes, where we cover our nonexistant muscles with 11ty billion lbs of fat.

    absolutely, but if someone is claiming no gains while "eating a shitload" then I think the only thing to recommend is pounding down calories like there is no tomorrow. You can't gain muscle without working out, but you can workout all you want and not gain any muscle if your diet isnt in order. You need calories and protein so he should try pounding down the calories.
