How to flatten...

    So im sitting at about 6'0 190lbs and I have done mostly power lifting and tried to gain as much mass as possible, but now im switching my focus to mma and lacrosse as well as change my look, im looking at losing hopefully 20 lbs (maybe more) and going for a tone cut body rather than brolly (obviously)

    my question is tho, I love to bench and as a result I have big tris (good) and a large chest (was good but now its bad) but I go that doing like 3x5 sets so if I want to flatten out my chest should I start doing low weight sets to maximise endurance? Should I go heavy on pushups, pullups? Just let my pecs degenerate from alot of cardio and neglect and then start fresh?

    Thats exactly why I thought I should stop training it until its real small, cause I honestly think I want to lose muscle in my chest to get the flatter look, or can I work a different way and get the same effet?

    how big are your pecs for christs sake, i see plenty of guys in mma that are muscular, kevin randleman has big pecs but somehow manages to kick the shit out of people, sounds like someone is giving you bad advice or something, why the hell would strength be a bad thing in mma or lacross or any sport

    I understand trying to get down some weight to fight at a lower weight class, but "going for that flat look" sounds crazy. That's the first time I've heard that. I'll also go as far as to say that I don't believe that you were a PLer.

    sounds to me like your fat with little muscle at that size, if you lost 20 lbs you would look like me and I'm skinny.

    If you are 6 feet tall with low bf at 190, you should look pretty damn cut
