Heres how to do it. There are multiple ways to do it. Each has its own benefits. But if you want some really good animes you have to spend time reading up on it. Heres a top anime list: http://www.animenfo.com/statistic/top.php?type=anime There is also: http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/ratings-anime.php Then if you want to find out more about the anime, best place is to find reviews. There are multiple review sites: e.g. http://anime.mikomi.org/ http://www.animecritic.com/ and more... Anidb Reviews and how to find them! But I tend to prefer the anidb reviews, since there is nearly always a review on the all the animes. The way you do it is to go to: http://anidb.info/ Then there is a search box in the top right hand corner, well kind of below the corner. Anyway type in the name of your anime. Without any spelling mistakes, or type in one part of it if you cant spell it. (e.g. Seven if you can't spell Eureka Seven) Then it will come up with a search page, then click on your desired anime. If you can't find it then search the full name on google, and if there is a spelling mistake google should help you fix it. Then you will see some info next to the anime, like its genre, episode count etc... Now come to an area like this (the below info was taken of the Eureka Seven page): Rating: 8.72 (734 votes) [graph] Tmp. Rating: 8.45 (660 votes) Reviews: 8 Review(s), Avg. Review Rating: 9.01 - [view/add review(s)] Then look at the ratings, KEEP IN MIND that sometimes you will like animes rated 6 but hate animes rated 8. Different people like different things. Anyway, now you see the area i bolded? Click it (in the anime page ofcause). Now read the reviews. Keep in mind SOME reviews may contain slight spoilers, but so far I have not come accross a review with a major spoiler, to be on the safe side it is best to read APPROVED reviews.
