pack food that you can eat cold, which is basically all you should be eating anyway

chicken, tuna, rice, noodles, brocolli, etc.

just bring a small portable cooler and put the stuff everyone else said in there (brown rice, tuna, chicken, broccoli, maybe some peanut butter or peanuts) which all can be eaten cold. Obviously they should be put in seperate containers tho.

its called PREPARATION. its not easy. and takes effort. Not everyone does it or has the willpower and/or desire to do so, thats why most people look like shit.

coolers w/ chicken breasts, cans of tuna, veggies, almonds, fruits, etc.

shakers/mixers you can bring out with you + protein powder and water.

its really not that difficult either.

That leaves you open for variety too, different pastas, different dressings, different veggies, different meats.

Don't have to do the same old shit every dya.

I was just debating this too since I am working more now.

I'll probably just make up a few cans of tuna in the morning and throw them in the frig at work when i get there

Is no one concerned with mercury poisoning? I went to the FDA sight about a month ago and it said that for my body weight blah blah blah, my 3-4 cans a wk were almost twice as much as was healthy for me.

    :dunno:
