I just wanna eat right really. Right now im 6'1 257lbs. Im thinking that I just wanna bulk up first then try to lose a bit of weight. But I know that I need to eat right to see progress, but how?!? My parents are healthy at all really, they have a bunch of junk food laying around, as well as my co-workers. Also what are some good foods/diet to focus on for bulking up?
