are there pictures to demonstrate how to measure from where to where? im a visual person..
yeah, looking at the description, i would prolly measure it wrong anyways
there is barely any explanation
above average on both. slick.
assuming i did it right, im above average good on both and approaching great
did you guys even read the source article?
we like pictures bro. dont be a jerk
Poor and probably pushing very minimal for both. Meh I know I have shitty genes, can't do much but work with em.
so would people with really short limbs be the best at this? midgets would have the greatest potential
Oh yeah I'm like 6'4 too.
Being tall is a total gyp. It's like short bastards get the same amount of muscle but they have this wee little frame to spread it over.
the biggest frame with the least amount of "gap" would have the greatest potential
I'm 6'3" and have 2.5" and 5" respectively
2.5" seems like a lot, this girl's would be around 1.5-2" approx.
good example. do a tricep one
1 inch @ 90deg
dont worry, its all the same shit as measuring lengths of arms and fingers and shit. if you eat well and train hard girls will stil hang off your nuts, inch between bicep/elbow or not
wouldn't a longer length prove a shorter thus more peakish bicep, while a shorter length prove to be a longer/flat bicep?
or am i just retarded.
this thread has made me happy
This thread has crushed my dreams of being an IFBB pro.
Arnold had a pretty big bicep gap in comparison to other competitors.
yeah well im taking all of my arm advice from the man whos arms exploded
