I just went to a gun store to look around at different guns they had and what they had them priced at (way too high, IMO). I had been to this store before and they told me that I was not allowed to bring anyone to the range to shoot my handgun if they were under 21. I asked why and they said it was a felony to possess a handgun under the age of 21. I told them they were wrong, and they were pretty adamant that it's a felony. At the time, I did not know the exact US Code that backed me up but I doubt that would have done anything anyways. Now, about 5 months later I just visited it again. I don't remember if this sign was here before or not, but they have a sign that says: "You must be 21 to purchase a shotgun or assault rifle" I want to ask them why they have that sign there and what their reasoning behind it is. If it's store policy, then they're allowed to be idiots. If they say it's law, then I want to correct them because I hate people propagating incorrect information, especially about guns and gun laws. How would you go about edumacating these clowns?
