How to blend a good protein shake?

    I picked up a small blender for $20, but I really don't know what to add to my shakes. Normally I just take powder with water. I was thinking of adding a banana and some ice cubes, but what else?

    Cutting btw, if that matters.

    A good recipe I have is this-

    2 scoops chocolate whey protien
    1 cup of skim milk
    1 cup eggwhites
    1 bannana
    1 cup of yogurt
    ice cubes
    A couple toublespoons of peanut butter/i usually add alot more lol

    Blend that up real good. It's a protien shake I created. I also add some almonds in there . About 25

    Also if you want you can replace icecream for the the yogurt and ice cubes.

    Water + ON Tropical Whey + Gatorade Powder = :drool:

    Milk + Dymatize Berry = :drool:

    I usually do:

    1.25c of 2% milk
    2 scoops protein powder
    1 tbsp flaxseed oil
    1 tbsp peanut butter
    Some ice cubes

    Try this one its stupendous.

    Get a blender then add:

    2 scoops Whey Isolate
    15oz of Water

    Its my favorite

    Milk + Whey Powder + 2 or more TBSP Peanut Butter + 2 TSPS of Nesquik = delicious

    Add ice cubes if you want some more thickness.

    2 scoops whey, 8 oz of skimmed milk or propell (lemon), 2 tb spoons of peanutbutter, and a banana.
