how to be at 100%?

    How would I be able to maintain a rock hard erection it seems that whenever I do something with my GF i'm only at 70-80%. i'm not at my full size and would like to know what I could do to be at my full size more often. Thanks in advance!

    lately I've been doing between 100 to 200 reps to start with, then I do squeeze and holds. I do as many as I feel like, also depending on how long I have.

    I end up doing them in the car quite a bit.

    Initially I started out doing 3 sets of 10 reps of 3 second holds, then worked up from there.

    Seems to work better if you do some straight reps first as a warm-up.

    Honestly, I don't think it matters much as long as you do them regularly.
