How the do you get stabilizer muscles built up?

    When I first started lifting like 5months ago all I did was machine weights, but now Im switching to free weights and on almost every one I have an impossblie time keep the bar balanced (Squat,DL,BP)

    Any good workouts to get them built up?

    lower the weight then, i went through the same thing w/ my squats earlier this year

    untill your comfortable with it, then start adding on the weight. for this context forget about all your other lifting, you're just starting new like anyother noobert.

    Should I do that like 3x a week than?

    i dont think so, just fallow a normal routine hitting each body part once a week and it will come.

    edit: I didnt mean forget about all your other lifting as in forget your other muscle groups, just forget about your lifting in the past on machines.

    Do christopher's routine. And do whatever weight you can for now. The only way you can improve is if you keep working on it, I started with almost only the bar on bench.

    i dont see how you can't do more than the bar for deadlifts :hsugh:

    Start light and focus on perfect form on every rep, it also helps if you have someone coaching you along.

    Every idiot at my gym is just like stick to machine weights I need to find a lifting buddy
