My friend will be graduating soon, and I want to party with him in the few days of freedom he will have. He says that he can't have any kind of tobacco, alcohol, or anything. How strict do they monitor that?

If he's given a few days leave or some sort of off-base pass, I don't see how they could regulate it.

yeah, he really only has one full day off the base, and the other days are just days where we'll be able to hang out on base i think.

whenever i went through they didn't check to make sure you didn't drink or anything. I would say as long as he gets back on time it would be just fine.

Dude, if he dosen't want to do it, just leave him alone. Why are you trying to jeopardise his career?

what he needs from you is support in sticking with the rules and regulations that have been given to him.

He isn't of legal age to drink. Don't encourage him to do it.

not saying it would happen, and im sure you will drinking in a room locked away from anything blah blah.....but what do you think would happen to him if he got caught under age drinking? The AF is not hurting for people right now and it would not be very good for his career.
