How strict are protein expiry dates?

    I've got like 3 pounds of EXP 05/07 stuff...can I stretch it out to the end of this month?

    i was told by someone @ 1fast400 a few months later is fine (some isolate stuff but im guessing it's fine for all of em :dunno:)

    Yeah it's some of the entry level GNC stuff.

    im guessing its fine for another 2+ months after that date. i made a thread like this a while back

    its fine. the expiry date, IIRC has more to do with protein breakdown than anything else.

    further away you get from the date of manufacture, the less protein it has. do if the label says 24g, by the expiry date, it'll be less
