How long is too long to wait before your body starts to store excess fat?
You know how your body starts to store fat if you don't eat breakfast
My post workout shake is my first meal of the day. So 3-4 hours after waking up.
right after i brush my teeth and take my wakeup shower
Wake up @ 5... eat @ 7:30
i usually try and eat after I get ready for work, maybe an hour or so after I wake up
i eat asap. i'm usually frigen starving so i can't wait to eat.
I rarely ever have anything before I go to the gym. Only the last few months have i started having bcaa's during my workout.
I usually eat 2-3 hours after i wake up
after i put on my makeup
Holy carp, where in D-port are you? And where do you lift?
About an hour and a half.
wake up at round 9ish, drink my morning shake at around 9:30ish
I eat as soon as I can. I woke up at 7am this morning fucking starving but I had to make myself go back to sleep.
Usually an hour or so after I get up and at em.
wake up at 5, eat at 6 or 6:30
I mix a protien shake on the nightstand. I chug it as soon as I wake up.
I eat really small dinners so if I don't get food right when I get up I can't stand it.
I woke up at 10:30 or so today. I had 4 waffles with peanutbutter and suryp at about 12:30
I practically roll out of bed and eat right then and there. Maybe I wait the 15 minutes it takes to prepare.
