How should I take my supplements?

    this what i have

    multi-V
    fish oil
    ON whey protein
    micronized creatine mono


    what times of day should i take them? do i take the creatine pre-workout, then whey post-workout?

    dunno about the fishoil but I do half scoop whey with water before workout. Immediatly after lifting I do a full scoop protien with water followed closely by creatine with OJ. An hour or so later I take my multivitamin with some food.

    This might not be the best way:dunno: , but whatever

    I think what they are trying to say is, use the search button. Lots of good info in here, and most of it has been covered many times. It might take you a few minutes but its worth it. :bigthumb:

    i've already searched to the point of exhaustion. and pretty much everything i've read has said different things.

    i've read that you dont really need a loading phase, and thats its all gimmick by the manufacturers to get you to use more. in a way i think its true because once something is in you're bloodstream, its already in there and then it dissipates after about and 1 and half. so i really dont see the point of loading.

    Bro, all these people are telling you it aint no rocket science. Say if vitamins are 2 or 3 tiems a day, put 'em in after major meals. A protein shake ovously after workout. One if you want before. Its not like you gona get some mind-blowing response which would lead you to be big and strong in 2 days. If the bottle says 2 times a day, take it two imes a day, logic would suggest mornign and dinner -instead of taking two in the morning, yes?
