I'm quitting smoking for the 2nd time. I went 18 months last time, then started working in a bar and couldn't stay away. I have been unable to control the cravings because my roomate is a smoker, so I was a huge pussy and started again. I've been 2 months now without a cig, my roomate is smoking again, but I have no desire...so hopefully I'll be strong enough to avoid it. What should I do about salvaging my repiratory system after trying to kill myself for a couple years?
