How should I change my routine?

    Right now I do 3x8-10 on most of the excercises I do. I have been doing the same routine for about 6 months, should I change the exercises or just change the sets/reps, like changing it to 5x5?

    I made really good gains with 3x8-10 up until now, so I think its time for something different. But after doing 5x5 a few days ago I felt dead after the first two exercises.
