How pathetic is my diet? I'm surprised i'm still alive

    Woke up at 8:30, had a glass of water. Got to work at 9:00 had a bottle of water and some lays potato chips. 1:00 had a regular size turkey, ham and cheese sandwhich from Togo's and a bottle of water. Came home and had some Cup-O-noodles with 3 scrambled eggs inside it plus a bottle water. I just ate two baby carrots.

    I need help.

    Okay, your diet is shit. What do you want to know? You should be eating about 8x the calories you're eating.

    4 beef jerky sticks
    -protein shake w/ milk
    post workout shake
    --2 scoop
    1 can tuna fish

    i eat that in the time you eat a bag of chips and water, and i didn't even get to lunch :greddy:

    if you honestly know that your diet is piss poor and still cant' adjust it enough to stick to it. Maybe its not the diet that needs adjusting, but your mentality and concentration, or maybe your dedication to your goals. Start training your mind and put the focus and drive into yourself needed to succeed. I can't understand how one can be so weakminded not to achieve minor goals. It baffles me.

    ok, this morning I had

    my daily multi-vitamin
    3 pieces of bacon
    3 eggs
    1 glass of milk
    1 glass of oj
    1/4 cup of cottage cheese
    3/4 cup oatmeal

    last night after evaluating what i ate in the past 2 weeks - i hit the store, read some articles (mainly on here) calculated my calories needed per day, calculated my grams of protien needed per meal, what food is good vs bad, when i have to eat, how many times i have to eat, etc.

    all i knew is that I should be eating more, but i never had any goals or plans because i didn't know how to take the first step.

    Meal #2 at 12:30

    Two cans of tuna, mayo, relish on white bread
    3/4 cup of oatmeal
    4 pieces of asparagus, balsalmic vinegar, honey mustard marinade
    and a banana
    1 cup water
    1 cup white grape juice

    You should only drink water and cut everything else (apart from protein shakes and alcohol :)) so that you get the most nutrients you can while getting the same amount of calories. I prefer to eat 2 fruits or eat something instead of drinking juice because it contains fiber, for example. It also makes you feel less hungry than liquid does. You should also get away from white bread and get 100 % whole wheat bread because of their GI.
