    Never, Daily, Do you dedicate a day to it? Do you just stretch what you are working out or do overall stretches? I never ever stretch and I think I should start, just looking for advice. I'm sure there is a thread on this already but my sub expired yesterday and I don't wanna re-up till payday :(

    Stretching is as vital as breakfast IMO.

    I don't devote a DAY to it, but I do it every day before I workout.

    Mostly after leg days. Else I tighten up to the point wearing socks is difficult.

    I do some hip and leg mobility shit before squatting and deadlifting. Other than that nothing at all.

    I always stretch before I run and most of the time after I run. I run 4 days a week. I need to be stretching everyday though.

    usually walk and stretch on treadmill for like 5-10 mins before every workout

    As I think about it, I do stretch on leg days otherwise I won't be able to walk after (yesterday was a leg day, which is why this was on my mind!).

    I do 90 minutes of Bikram Yoga 5-7x per week.

    Holy crap AND you lift? Not even I have that kinda free time and I have about the slackest job ever (required hours wise)

    Daily schedule:

    4:00am 1 hour of cardio

    6:00am-2:30pm work

    3:00pm-5:00pm workout

    7:00pm-9:30pm Bikram Yoga

    10:15pm-3:50am sleep

    I'll stretch and foam roll in the mornings and then do some activation work at the gym on leg days.

    stretch after every workout and foam roll almost everything, everyday.

    Never. That is why when I did a shoulder mobility assessment I was like -4 on all measures

    i try to stretch my legs as often as possible. sometimes in the shower if i have time ill try to stretch the hammies for a few mins.

    i do mobility stuff and foam rolling before each workout, but nothing besides that. I should stretch. My lower body has horrible flexibility

    never and it's awful LMAO. I need to do it. I'm thinking of hiring a private yoga girl to come to my house and stretch with me. In all seriousness.
