How many days per week to do sprint interval training and which days?
Might have better luck asking this in the P90X thread. From what I've seen, the P90X program is fully self-contained and is supposed to be all you need. I think it's designed to eliminate the need for "extra" work.
That being said, if you want to do extra HIIT, I wouldn't do it on the same day you work legs.
Caveat: I've never done P90X but did read through it to see what was going on in there.
Well P90X doubles has you doing Cardio X in the morning before your resistance days so I'd guess that you could do your sprint training the same day as chest/back, shoulders/arms, etc but you probably wouldn't want to on your leg days. and certainly not on your plyo day.
