how often should i take CEE

  1. the bottle says a serving pre/post work out? i also read on tnation by some credible dude that the body can only have a very limited amount of creatine in it so i should take like 1/2 servings? take it everyday? yar?

    Yes, pre/post workouts are the best times.

    How much is dependent upon (1) how comfortable you are with the dosage, and (2) your bodyweight.

    I would take a teaspoon pre and post, which came out to ~ 3.2g each serving, twice daily. So about 6.5g daily all together. But non-workout days only saw 2g's. I also weigh 220lbs with a good amount of muscle mass though. Someone under 200lbs might want to stick with 1/2 teaspoon pre and post for a total of about 3-3.5g daily.
