MMA How often do you train?

    BJJ once a week right now, for 2 hours :eek5:

    Although I do strength and cardiovascular training at other times of the week as well :mamoru:

    I haven't trained in about a week and 2 days. I think I seriously fucked up my neck. If I am healthy I train 10-15 times a week.

    I work in it, i do contract work turning traditional filing systems into digital databases. I have a very flexible schedule. I also work security at some private parties.

    no i haven't uploaded the video of my last fight.

    I lift weights three times per week, and I train Muay Thai twice per week (sparring / training).

    I train 6 days a week between 1.5 and 3 hours a day and lift weights m-w-f

    1.5 hours 3 times per week I train bjj/standup as that's all the school offers.

    I just picked up some weights and a bench, so I'm going to start working that into my routine as well.

    I also run on most days when im not training.
