I've been on my for like 6 months...I think its time.
i switch it up when it is no longer produciing the results i want or depending on my goals(strentgh,/hypertrophy) i tend to stay at a happy medium between the two most of the time though
I like to keep the important core exersizes the same, but switch up some of the other exercizes every other time. Keep a good variety out there...
I try to stick to the same routine for about 4-8 weeks and then either switch it up or just fuck around for abit before following a new routine for another 4-8 weeks.
