    how often do you max out on the bench, squat, and deadlift?


    use this thread to discuss about maxing out or w.e if you like.


    it seems like if i try and max out these lifts once per week, it doesnt go up very well after a period of time. so i changed my max attempt lifts once every other week.

    every 6 months or so. I could care less about my max. All I used to care about was my max... Then I realized that your maxing out wont get you big or in shape.. it just gives you bragging right, which I already have.
