Recently I've been doing JKD 2 hours a week
Weight lifting 3 times a week (usually an hour each set)
and I'll try to squeeze in an 2 of rolling/drilling with friends or heavy bag work a week.

I'm looking for a bjj club to join and I hope training 3-4 times week 1-2 hours a day will be sufficient. I assume when it comes to competition mode i'll have to push that up, but i've never trained to compete in anything so I have no idea what i'm talking about right now.

BJJ 2 hrs a day, 6 days a week. Not really anything excessive, just consistent.

I try to be consistent at 5 days a week, but sometimes shit gets in the way. Sometimes its as high as Mon-Sat nights and T&TH mornings a week, although last week I only made 3 days.

I usually make it into the gym 5 days a week, but sometimes things keep me from going that much.

Recently I've been sparring for about 2 hours a day, then hit the mats for about an hour, and finish off the session with 2 hours on effective octagon control.

BJJ 5 days a week, sometimes twice a day
MT 3 days a week mixed in with cardio and circuit training

*edit* I should be doing a lot more stand up though as that's the weak part of my game

6 days a week, 2-3 times a day. Mix of MT, CrossFit, BJJ, yoga, krabi krabong, western boxing and random cardio. We've got a kick ass warrior yoga certification program coming to the gym that I really want to do but its 5 hours a day for 1 month. Can't fit it into my work/training schedule. :wtc:

didn't you just start training BJJ less than a year ago?

I'd think your entire game is weak

Crossfit style shit with a lot of big, compound lifts.
