sit-ups per week?
weighted crunches + medicine ball work 2x per week
45lb weighted decline crunches 3x a week
0, hanging leg raises are more important right now.
Weighted crunches + oblique machines 2-3x /week
25 lb weighted 2-3x per week
weighted leg raises, reverse crunches, crunches, weighted twisting sit ups, core holds, ab rollout 2 times a week
just started doing more intense ab stuff
my abs ftl.
too bad no one will ever see them!
Why the wtc face?
Decline situps and all my other ab work 2-3x a week. Depends how sore they are.
i dont have to when i use the bow flex!
i get a bow flex by using it 3 times a week for 20 minutes thats it. i can alreay squat 4 bows
once a week

So much more difficult for one thing.
Same. I only do 3 sets of 5, three times per week. I'll build it up again soon though.
