meaning real 3x3/3x5/5x5/PR sets.
do you pull sumo or conventional?
squat heavy once a week , squat light and fast once a week
pull heavy once a week, pull light and fast once a week
pull heavy every other week (conventional), squat heavy every week
No DL here..
Everytime I do bi's and back, I deadlift. I try to hit the gym enough that it's twice a week, but sometimes my schedule doesn't allow it.
you forgot the everyday option for deezweez
and wouldn't once every other week and twice a month be the same thing?

i dislike deadlifts.. the movment just doesnt seem right. Last time i did Dls was at 245, and i only did 500.. but it was pretty easy.

I have a herniated L5S1.. so no squats or DLs are allowed.
