How often do you change your routine?

    Lately I've been getting "brave" and trying new things on a biweekly basis (new exercise or 2).. it helps in showing me which exercises I like and which I don't. There are so many variations of the same exercises out there, that it would be a shame not to step outside of the box every once in a while to see what's new and what could benefit you. But as far as switching entire routines, I haven't really done that in the past 6 months (since I've started lifting).
