How much whey is too much whey?

    Lately i have been quite ill in the stomach, and i feel it may have something to do with my protein intake?

    I have been having 4-5 whey shakes a day, i'm just wondering is this abnormally large?

    Its just a easy source of calories during university.

    I swear, even my piss smells like whey because of it :mamoru:

    dude whey shouldnt be your only source of protein, 1-2 shakes tops a day, start eating other shit with protein in it

    I had 3 scoops of ON chocolate and 1 scoop muscle milk for breakfast and got the ass pissing shits. Literally pissed out my ass.

    norm. about 2 or 3 shakes a day for me. 1 in the am 1 post gym. Sometimes a random one thrown in mid day or before bed.

    Whatever amount lets you meat your goals effectively, if you are doing ok adding good mass, then I would not worry about it.

    not sure...i usually have 2 shakes a day, one post workout and one some other during during the day, maybe morning, maybe evening...sometimes 3

    My shakes are two scoops per shake, 2 a day on trianing days, 1 on off days. Are you putting two scoops in all 4 or 5 of your shakes?? :O

    I get between 225 and 275g protein a day and normally 40-80g of that is from whey itself. My morning shake is 50g but it's got 20g protein from the milk i put in it, then shakes later in the day never have more than a scoop each, and I usually only have one and that's after lifting.

    I don't have 6 scoops when i'm at home.

    Its just at university i can carry arround the pre-mixed protein poppers, as i can't exactly buy chicken breast.

    although i'll tell you this right now: i've never had whey-smelling piss... but i have tuna smelling piss every day at about 2pm and it is the most awkward thing to get used to :rofl:
