    I'm currently at 5'9, 155.

I'm eating huge meals in single sittings, snacking, and my protein shakes are made with fruit and ice cream and milk that stack up to be about 1200 calories per shake.

I'd say I'm taking in about 3500 or so calories per day and trying to up it a bit.

I've put on about 2 pounds in the last week or so. Should I be putting on more? Less?

I'm trying to bulk pretty cleanly, I'm still staying away from Big Macs and the like. :hs:

How much weight you put is gonna be dependent on how many calories you are taking in, not how clean you are eating. I get fat on 5500 calories a day no matter how good I'm eating.

If you are wanting to slowly put on weight, 1-1.5 lbs a week is a good number to shoot for I think.

Thats dumb it doesnt matter what time you weigh yourself, everybodies body is on a different cycle...just make sure you weigh yourself at roughly the same time everyday for the most accuracy

don't be a woman and weigh yourself every day.. give it a couple weeks after you make a diet change and weigh yourself then.

i'm up 15 pounds from September 1st to today 11/7, so I'm at about 1.7 pounds a week. This is clean bulking with 3 days of cardio added in.

Ice cream, I thought you said clean bulk, that is obviously dirty.

1-2lb per week closer to 1
