I tend to drink alot of water, and today I counted how much. Turns out I drank about 2 gallons of water, are there any negative side effects of drinking so much?

A person can actually drink too much. But don't worry, you haven't reached it. Its something like 15 litres a day... that's just under 4 gallons I believe.

On the other hand... this can have been too much water....

I remember reading something along the lines of if you drink a lot of water daily, you'll be fine as long as you don't drink it in huge amounts.

Like dont drink a liter at one time several times a day for example....just space it out :dunno:

I drink anywhere from 1-2g a day and have been for the last 3-4yrs without a problem.
