How much water do you drink?

    I drink a lot post-activity and a good deal an hour or half an hour before working out. Other than that, I only drink a 4-5 glasses a day. I drink a lot of orange juice and nonfat milk the rest of the time. How much do you drink?

    1.5 gals daily
    6 - 8 of whey (double scoop)
    i get up a couple of times at night though.

    1-1.5g throughout the day...

    Around 80oz during training.

    i always have a nalgene at my desk and wherever i go. i always fill it up as soon as i drain it. nalgene is 34 oz or 1000 ml

    I go through 3 of the big britas a day... I think its a bit shy of a gallon so probably a bit over 2 gallons. I ALWAYS have a cup of water with me when i'm sitting around and probably go through 3 waterbottles during workouts

    Yeah the less water you drink, the less food you have to consume because water flushes out all of your vitamins and nutrients. I've saved tons of money on protein powder because I just drink less water, so my body actually uses all the protein of one shake and it's just as good as three shakes. It's the enzymes and particles.

    usually 1-1.5 gallons a day.
    I've been drinking almost 2 gallons since it's hot :hs:

    constant but slow consumtion :dunno: I usually constantly have a glass near me at home. When I'm in class I always have a bottle on me but I tend to drink less when I'm not working out or at home.
