I just started a cardio/lifting routine and spend around an hour total. what would be normal?
I took 2 hours today
Depending on the day from 50-80 minutes.
Also depends if ppl I know are there too. Damn them and their talking!
about an hour
little over an hour usually
about an hour at home, or 1-1/2 hours at the gym... only about 12 min of cardio in there at either place....
If you can't get it done in an hour or less, speed up or cut back on exercises.
I would say this excludes cardio though.
thanks guys. i have been trolling in here a little bit, and posting here and there, but dont want to get dumped on since im a n00b
bout an hour for my main lifts - then i usually add in some accessory lifts like yoke work or grip work, etc... for another 15-20. cardio on top of that if necessary
about 1.5 hr MWF
45-1 hour. I usually superset my stuff after the main lift of the day so I get in and out rather quickly most times
superset? like i said im new.
1.5 hours including 15 min of cardio.
if i do no cardio i might make it 45 min
one exercise follwed immediately by another and repeat
so like skull crushers superset with close-grip bench
1-1.5 hours a day
Hate to say it but... I'm in the gym 2.5 hours lately. My weight workout though is usually an hour but lately been doing at least half hour of cardio (15min before and 20 min after) and stretching for almost 1/2 hour as well at the end.
yeah cuz you have some real experience to be saying something like this
usually about 75 minutes for me
So you'd tell national calibre lifters how they train is wrong. Priceless.
