    I can do 195x 5reps x 4sets on bench(probably a 205x5x1)

Is 95x5x5 a pretty weak number for standing military BB press comparitively?

    thanks bro.

The reason I ask is because I've started doing Standing Military press to help increase my benchpress. Pretty noob to standing military and wanted to make sure i wasn't a giant wuss on them.
