How much sleep yall get? I been trying to go on 6 hrs the last few weeks. Today my body just told me to screw off. I laid down to take a nap for an hr before the gym and studying, and I woke up 7 1/2 hrs later . . . I feel amazing right now but lazy as fuck. I have to stay up all freaking night now to catch up on the studying and research work = (

Days when I have class in the morning = 5-6 hours.

Days when I do not have class in the morning = 8-9 hours.

Naps are GREAT! But when you become dependent upon them your whole day is screwed if you miss one/don't have time.

uunfortunately i wake up at 8ish every morning and typically don't get to sleep until 1AM... I suppose I conditioned myself not to sleep before 1 thanks to years of OT night crew :o

edit: so 7 hours for the weeknights... and usually 8-9 on friday/saturday night. Sometimes up to 11.

    7-8.

i read an article that anything over 9 hours can lead to a shorter life span. but then again, it's only an article, so i wouldn't take it too seriously.
