How much sleep do you all get each night? Just curious.
I try for 9 hours. I like me some sleep.
I get about 4 1/2-5 hours a weeknight. As much as I can on the weekends.
not enough 4-5?
3-5 weeknights... and a shitload weekends =-0
6-7 weeknights and like 12 on weekends
How the hell can some of you people get such miniscule amounts of sleep?
Anything under 8 for me and I'm a fucking slug the next day.
We just had this thread like 4 days ago.
Anyway, I try to get 8 hours of sleep.. I usually succeed on 5/7 days a week.
I'm dead of I dont get 8 hours of sleep.
not as much as of late, usually 6 hours at a minimum, 8-9 if I can.
6-7 on weekdays
9-11 on weekends
I aim for a minimum of at least 8 hours a night, sometimes a bit more, sometimes a bit less.
i got like 12 last night though
6-10 depending, I usually wake up in the middle of the night and that pisses me off, but it gives me another chance to eat
Probably about 7-9 during the week and 6-8 during the weekends.
Anywhere from 2-8 depending on if I have a test/project/etc the next day. This last week I probably averaged 4 hours a night, but I also had 4 exams and a ton of work.
except for fri nights where i get like 5, 8-9.
weekends like 8-9
8-9 when bulking, 6-8 when cutting. I sorta miss cutting >.<
