Its an HP a6152n tower w/o a hard drive.

    Here are the specs: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/...52&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&product=3445434&lang=en

Or for those who don't want to clicky the linky...

    proc: Core 2 Quad Q6600 (K) 2.4 GHz

mobo: Asus IPIBL-LA (HP name is Berkeley-GL8E)

    ram: 3gb PC2-5300

optical drive: 16X DVD(+/-)R/RW 12X RAM (+/-)R DL LightScribe SATA drive

    modem: on-board LAN. No 56k.

memory card reader on front of computer tower

    graphics: on-board w/ VGA out. I can include a GeForce9400gt w/ 1gb ddr2 for more $$

    NO HARD DRIVE.

    ---------------

How much do you guys think this thing is worth? Also I have an off brand 17in LCD monitor (AOC) for those who might want it (4:3 ratio).

I could build a better computer for $300, so less than that...

Honestly without a video card or hard drive I would say sell it for $99 or part it out.

I was going to say "ask for $100 and take the first offer, no matter what it is"

fair enough...so I'm thinking of completing the computer and craigslisting it as a package.

A cheap Hard Drive and throw in a graphics card (I could use an extra 9400gt, pci card i have laying around)

maybe I can get someone to buy it before christmas for a few hundred.

I guess we will see :) thanks for the honest input! I know I could part the thing out for quite a bit more than $100!
