a guy wants me to detail his trailblazer

how much do you guys think i should charge? I have never detailed someones car before, so i have no idea how much i should charge him.

this is what i was planning on using:

    meg. gold class car wash
    mothers clay bar
    colorX
NXT wax (in the liquid paste form)

    should I use other stuff?

can I get any other tips, i dont want to mess anything up, or add swirl marks to the paint or something.

    thanks alot!

edit* and the stuff NEEDS to be available at advance auto parts or something, because he wants me to do it soon, thanks

edit 2* also, can i use NXT speed detailer as lube for the claybar? my mothers lube ran out

If you aren't planning on using a buffer on the car I wouldn't worry to much about swirling his paint.

Use car wash soap to clay. Works fine.

Should you use other stuff? I have no idea, I can't see the car. Use your best judgement.

For a wash, clay, two step, vac, tires and wheels I charge $65 for small cars up to $120 for full sized SUVs. Extra polishing steps, heavy claying, etc and the price goes up.
