Not really sure how much I should use the thrust from my legs. Here's my current routine: BB clean and press 15x45 warmup 12x95 10x105 6x115 Push presses 6x115 4x135 2x165 I try not to use my legs too much...just enough so that the weight creeps up at a decent pace. Should I use more weight and use my legs more? Gym story: I followed some guy into the restroom. He put his small tote thing inbetween two sinks, one of which was being used, the other wasn't. I went to the unused sink and started to wash my hands as he used the urinal. He finishes up and comes up behind me and goes "excuse me, I was going to use that...that's why I put my bag there." I turned around and kinda gave him the and said, "If we're marking our territory when it's not in use, you may as well urinate all over the sink too." I then turned back around, finished washing my hands (took my time too) and left. Stupid motherfuckers.
