i get this 3-4 times/week. not sure how much protein is in it. what do you think?

6 pieces sushi, 9 pieces sashimi, 1 tuna roll

the whole thing (including plate) comes out to 1.2 lbs, but you gotta subtract the rice under the 6 pieces of fish, and the little ginger ball and wasabi ball.

    :dunno:

I always thought you're not supposed to eat raw fish more than 1-2x a week.

That's white tuna sashimi in the middle top isn't it? Which isn't really tuna....

Anyway, had something similar yesterday which included one hand roll as well.

Never heard anything about raw fish specifically but the "danger" of fish in general is overrated. I believe I remember Pur saying he ate 2 cans of tuna/day for years and bloodwork showed no abnormalities. This changes if you have some sort of liver or kidney disease I guess.

And that picture looks delicious, I'm drooling. I was always under the impression sushi didn't contain all that much protein. Sashimi on the other hand would almost be pure protein - probably about 40-50g right there.

A pound of raw salmon has 88g of protein in it. So 80-90 grams of pure delicious :yum:
