how much of the fat is burned off a burger

  1. i have 1/3 pound beef burgers, it says 27% fat, it has 500 calories. How many of the calories/fat are burned off using a forman?

    wait, i know this... multiply 0.27 x 500 to get the number of calories. Then its like 9 cals per gram of fat? or something...help..please

    Separate the fat from the water you collect off the grill. Weigh the fat with an accurate scale and then you have your answer.

    I'd say 0.5 ounces to 1 ounce depending on the weight of the burger. I was prepping meatballs and we rolled 4.5 ounces to get a 4 ounce meatball after cooking. i'll let you do the rest of the math.

    25% of the fat is removed, but your estrogen levels rise by 30% so it's not really worth it

    no but telling me that just by cooking 5 ounces of meat and having it become 4 ounces, that i lost 28.5 grams of fat, is moronic
