How much of CEE should i take a day?

    i'm about 6'0 and i weigh about 183 any suggestions? i've heard multiple things like the ideal amount is about 3 grams or so? do i take before or after the work out... or do i divide it up so i take about 1.5 before then another 1.5 after... or is that not even the correct amount...

    I've been taking 2g pre and 2g 8-12 hours after working out :dunno:

    anytime... hmm is there a time to take it when you will see more results and feel or does that vary from person to person...

    2g's = 1 teaspoon right?

    also, should the teaspoon have alittle mound to it, or should the powder be flat across the spoon? :o

    I use a scale and measure my doses out .. was only like $25 for one that weighs in .1g increments

    the latest cee containers are 760 mg per 1/4th teaspoon. so 1/2 teaspoon is 1.5g, 3/4 teaspoon is ~2.3g so you want to guesstimate something inbetween.


    the chunks dont matter, you just have to guess as best you can.

    personally, i take 3g at once usualy pre-workout.
