and i like my spine
85 x 1 when I carry my weights back to the stand
225x1 no straps 315x1 strapped circa 2 years ago found no use for it so stopped
what kind of numbers do you have, deadbolt? i think i said before your bodyframe looks similar to mine and my bro's.

would a side deadlift be similar to picking up a farmers walk unit?
well yeah, but with one arm, it means your putting all that heavy weight on one side...
i don't get why you would want to do this.

but most people in this thread are confused by this lift
wait now i'm confused- you're talkin about have two dumbbells, and then doing "one arm DLs" or are you actually just doing one side at a time?
take a barbell, load it up, stand on one side of it, grab the middle, position your body for a normal deadlift, lift it up like a normal deadlift
dont let your torso bend to the side you are pulling with
