200ish last time I did them
345x1 is my best, I tried 365 the other day after deads and missed it.
A2G i heavnt gone over 5x185
to parallel, 3-5225ish?
I never really max out or anything, normally do it light in conjunction with A2G light back squats
220 x 5 ATG
never tried them
225 a2g 3-6
put up 315x2 after doing regular squats a while back, probably could throw it up 5-6 nowdays.
