how much is too much?

    i'm neither bulking or cutting right now, just have a SOLID diet and good workout schedule. i have a 6-day workout routine right now and i'm doing 25 minute mid-intensity cardio sessions 5 days of the week. can i do too much cardio?

    PS - just trying to get as strong and big as possible with a low bf%

    ur fine, as long as u see urself progressing toward ur goals. if ur not going anywhere, you could lower the cardio a bit.. that or bump up the cals.. -_-
