ok im kinda new to loosing weight(always on the light side untill a year or 2 ago) but i been reading up at Bb.com and i keep on hearing about hiit. let me get this right the first time, hiit is when you work real hard for a short period of time and then go a little easier for a short period of time...and then you repeat it over...im not to much over wieght, im 5'11' 180lbs and im 16...i believe my bf% is at 16-18%...should i do hiit 5 times a week? any suggestions?

Yeah its high intensity interval training. So for instance you could run at a 6mph pace for 5 mins, then ramp it up to 10mph pace for a few mins and go back and forth.

I know its great for getting into good running shape, but I have no idea how well it works for weight loss.
