I cannot find that shit anywhere on the net. calorieking.com says 0 but that cannot be right.
i know that there is 15g. fiber in normal lawn grass so divide that by 2 add 15... then you got your answer for the kcals.
drink=none, chew on it=almost all of it
have you considered using steel cut oats instead?
isnt the point of grass shots to get the other benefits of greens into your system?
I am doing this for the other benefits, such as healthy skin, the amino acids, the vitamins, cleansing my system etc. But if I was getting some fiber out of the deal that would be most helpfull too.
