the ground turkey I buy has 7g fat per serving, but after i brown that mess and drain it I'm guessing the fat content is at least cut in half. Thoughts?

I don't want to be distorting my fitday and missing cals from my diet, and on days like today where I had 6 servings of ground turkey-- that could be a shitload of caloric difference if the meat has 2g fat as opposed to 7g.

yeah, but I cook like 3lbs of it at a time and if I store it with all the fat then it turns gelatinous which is fuckin gross when I'm eating it cold at work the next day or two.
